The Dark Trail Difference
01 / POWER

5.0L V8 Performance

Real V8 power. Real F-150 capability. The naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 pairs with an electronic 10-speed automatic transmission for confident acceleration, strong everyday performance and unmistakable V8 character.

02 / SUSPENSION

Ford Performance 2-Inch Lift

This isn't an ordinary leveling kit. The Dark Trail Package features a Ford Performance off-road suspension system with specially tuned Bilstein shocks and approximately 2 inches of front lift for a bold, more level stance.

03 / WHEELS

18-Inch Matte Black Wheels

The Dark Trail upgrade features aggressive 18-inch matte-black wheels with coordinating black lug nuts. Combined with this truck's Ruby Red paint, they deliver a striking performance-inspired look.

04 / APPEARANCE

Black Appearance Package Plus

Already equipped from Ford with the XLT Black Appearance Package Plus, this F-150 builds on its factory blacked-out personality with additional Dark Trail styling and exclusive bodyside graphics.

05 / TRACTION

4x4 + Electronic Locking Axle

A capable 4x4 drivetrain and factory 3.73 electronic locking rear axle help deliver added traction when the terrain gets challenging. Rugged capability meets everyday versatility.
